Shifts: Bank / Sessional - shifts available between 8.00am - 23.00pm (Between Monday - Sunday). Sleep in also required.

The Role: As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with enduring mental ill health to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your work will be varied, meaningful, and centred on helping people move forward in their recovery. You will support individuals with:

  • Maintaining emotional wellbeing and developing coping strategies
  • Managing accommodation and daily living routines
  • Budgeting, benefits, and building financial independence
  • Accessing community groups, services, and local activities
  • Strengthening relationships with family, friends, and social networks
  • Exploring education, volunteering, hobbies, and employment opportunities

About You: You don’t need experience – just compassion, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus, and we’ll support you to achieve it.

Requirements: All applicants will be required to complete a DBS that is paid for by the company.
