We are looking for an experienced care professional to be our next Care Team Leader at Lifeways. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) offers £13.70 per hour and a range of benefits, including:

As Care Team Leader you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring excellent person‑centred care is delivered to people supported by Lifeways. You will assist with recruitment, staff supervision, candidate interviews and provide general guidance and expertise. You will maintain written records and use IT skills for communication with staff, service users and external professionals. Support workers you oversee provide care for individuals with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours and mobility issues, often requiring manual handling. You will encourage people to engage in community activities and shopping.
Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive company cars. Experience as a Care Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or equivalent NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is advantageous. Dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a track record and desire to progress are also welcome; Lifeways offers training and ongoing development.
