Your Role
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
