At Lifeways, we're looking for an inspiring Female Team Leader to join our friendly Tamworth service and help make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. This is more than a management role. It's an opportunity to lead by example, support a dedicated team, and empower people to live independent, fulfilling lives within their local community.
If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, encouraging others to achieve their goals, and creating positive experiences every day, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Service
Our Tamworth service supports three independent individuals who lead active and varied lives in the community. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping them continue doing the things they enjoy most. From shopping trips and meals out to bowling, swimming, theatre visits, volunteering opportunities and church attendance, you'll be supporting people to stay connected, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences. The service is based within a Supported Living flat scheme and involves some lone working. While personal care is not currently required, support needs may change in the future.

- Promoting positive outcomes and independence for the people we support
