About the Role
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his own home and out in the community, helping him live life his way. With full training and support, you’ll learn how to:
- Support with shopping, day trips, and community activities
- Help with daily household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, and feeding
- Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing
- Build a positive, respectful, and trusting relationship
You’ll receive a fully paid induction, bespoke service-specific training, and ongoing guidance from a dedicated manager who’s there to support you from day one. No previous care experience is required — just commitment, kindness, and willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For
You could be a great fit if you:
- Are caring, reliable, and patient
- Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
- Are willing to learn new skills and follow training and guidance
- Have a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Are flexible (some weekend working is required)
Experience in care, mental health, or complex needs is welcome — but not essential.
