Here at Lifeways in Grantham, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in Care / Support Work. However, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
We are currently looking for (full time, and bank) support workers who live in or around Great Gonerby. We have 6 flats based in Great Gonerby and provide supported living for our service users who have Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The flats are individual but within the site of Wheelwright Square.
