Bank Sessional 0 Hour Contracts. Shift patterns are 0700-1430 and 1430-2200 as well as waking nights that are 2200-0700 alongside working weekends. Here at Lifeways in Walsall we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
This service is well placed for people to go out and about in the community. Walsall is the closest town with all the necessary amenities including pubs, cafes, restaurants, high-street shops and banks, Reedswood and Crown Wharf Retail Parks, and Saddlers Shopping Centre. There is also the New Art Gallery, Lichfield Street Hub Library, The Light Cinema, and the Walsall Gala Baths for swimming and other leisure activities. The local area has a park with an outdoor gym, basic shops and a McDonald’s.
This service is a two-person service which will have a core team of staff and overnight support. It has recently had a refurbishment.
