Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday–Sunday)
• 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2.30pm-10:00pm, sleep-in shifts, and waking nights. Full flexibility to cover all shifts on a rota basis is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
