At Lifeways, we believe in the power of care to transform lives. As the UK’s largest supported living provider, we’ve been proudly supporting individuals since 1995. We’re now looking for dedicated Male Care Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bloxwich, Walsall.
What’s on Offer
- Contract: 30 hours per week
- Contract: 37.5 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Two-week rolling rota with a mix of short and full-day shifts
Week One
– 0700-2200 Mon, Sat 1430-2200 and Sun 1430-2200
– 0700-2200 Tues and Wed 0700-2200
Week Two
– 0700-2200 Tues and 0700-2200 Thursday
– 1430-2200 Wed, Sat 1430-2200 and Sun 0700-2200
About the People You’ll Support
You’ll be working with individuals who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, mental health conditions, and autism. Each person is supported to live life their way—whether that’s enjoying hobbies, exploring interests, or engaging with the local community.
About the Bloxwich Service
Located in a welcoming residential area, our Bloxwich service is close to local pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets. Just a short distance away, Walsall offers everything from high-street shopping at Saddlers Centre and Crown Wharf Retail Park to leisure activities at Walsall Gala Baths and The Light Cinema.
