This is a Full-time position, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. People we support here have their own mobility vehicles so applicants must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism at Chantler Close, a modern three‑bedroom detached house located in a peaceful residential area of Heald Green, Stockport. This is a service where people live independently with support tailored to their needs, and you’ll be part of a team helping them build skills and confidence every day.
Daily support may include:- Personal care routines
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Support with appointments
- Social and leisure activities
- Encouraging independence, personal growth and community involvement
Chantler Close offers a warm, welcoming environment where people are supported to lead independent, fulfilling lives. The property includes:
- Three bedrooms (two en‑suite, one with a dedicated bathroom)
- A living room, large dining room, kitchen and laundry room
- A sensory room
- A lawned back garden, including a raised area ideal for gardening projects
