The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Service Manager who is genuinely passionate about improving the lives of the people we support, while creating a positive, supportive and empowering environment for their team. This role would particularly suit a candidate with experience in learning disabilities or mental health settings. We welcome applications from experienced Team Leaders or Deputy Managers who are ready to progress into a Service Manager role, as well as established Service Managers seeking their next opportunity.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated Area Manager and Regional Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism (ASD), physical disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge. We are especially keen to hear from candidates who understand the importance of equipping teams with the right training ensuring staff feel skilled, supported, and confident in their roles.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, support, inspire, and develop a dedicated team outstanding care and support
  • Oversee high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex behavioural needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, quality standards, and outcomes
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with staff teams, families, and wider communities
  • Lead with purpose, setting the tone for a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability

What You’ll Bring
