Location

Cliff Gardens in Scunthorpe is home to 16 individuals who receive support from a dedicated and experienced team.

We support a diverse range of individuals living with mental health diagnoses, including personality disorders and paranoid schizophrenia, as well as people with dual diagnoses that may include neurological conditions.

Our team provides personalised, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Role overview

This is a varied position combining hands-on support with office-based responsibilities.

Key duties include

  • Providing direct support to the people we support when required.
  • Scheduling and managing staff rotas.
  • Completing and maintaining care plans.
  • Supervising and supporting a small team.
  • Overseeing outreach and supported living services.

Ideal background

Candidates with experience in a mental health setting.

You’ll lead with purpose, inspire your teams, and deliver the highest standards of care while shaping the future of services.

  • What You’ll Bring
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable (or working towards)
  • A proven track record supporting people living with autism and learning disabilities.

  • 3 years experience within social care with proven experience at a supervisory level.
