Abbey Lodge provides 11 high‑quality, self‑contained apartments and offers 24‑hour specialist mental health support, helping people on their recovery journey to live independently within their own home.
At Abbey Lodge, we support people living with a range of mental health needs, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, increased responsibility, social inclusion, and long‑term wellbeing.
Shift Pattern Hours: Full‑time – (days, evenings, sleep‑ins, weekends). Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support. Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins. Location: Primarily at Abbey Lodge, with potential opportunities across nearby Lifeways schemes.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll provide person‑centred, recovery‑focused support, helping individuals to:
- Build confidence
- Develop daily living skills
- Increase independence
- Engage in meaningful activities in the community
