Shift Details

This is a full‑time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support. We also offer sessional/bank hours, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting adults across our Preston supported living services, where people live independently in their own homes or self‑contained apartments with support tailored to their needs. In Preston, Lifeways supports people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
  • Acquired brain injuries
  • Mental health needs

Our Preston services offer:
