What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining a small, supportive team in Paulsgrove, helping eight amazing individuals with learning disabilities live independently and joyfully. Your day might include:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily routines
  • Helping with cooking, cleaning, and medication
  • Assisting with finances and everyday tasks
  • Using communication boards to connect and understand
  • Encouraging hobbies, social outings, and community activities
  • Providing emotional support and discovering new opportunities
