What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of fantastic Support Workers
  • Working alongside the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly
  • Championing person-centred care and positive outcomes
  • Making sure standards, safety, and quality are never compromised
  • Driving continuous improvement and setting the tone for excellence
  • Taking part in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota

  • Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment
