About the Role
You’ll provide person-centred support, enabling independence and inclusion in everyday life. This gentleman will live in his own home, and your role will be varied, including:
- Supporting with activities such as shopping and day trips
- Helping with household tasks (cooking, laundry, cleaning)
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding)
- Supporting physical health and wellbeing
Working hours: Shift pattern on a rota basis, including some weekends.
