Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Hazelmere mental health service in Rochdale. You will manage a team of Recovery Workers and Team Leaders, ensuring safe, person-centred and recovery-focused support for adults with complex needs.
Based at Hazelmere, the service comprises 16 self-contained apartments with 24-hour support; you will drive quality, monitor outcomes and develop the service with families, partner agencies and staff to promote independence, dignity and choice.
