The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Service Manager to lead a range of specialist mental health care packages, supporting a diverse group of individuals with mental health needs. The main aim of our Service Manager role is to provide effective, outcome-based, community recovery for people with complex mental health needs. To regularly monitor, evaluate and develop the service, making sure systems are in place to ensure that the feedback and involvement of service users, their families, partner agencies and staff are fully incorporated.

In this role, you will:
- Support, inspire, and develop your team of recovery workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care.

What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it).
