Support Workers Wanted at Robinson Drive – Make a Big Impact Every Day

Looking for a role where your care and compassion truly matter? At Lifeways, we’re searching for a full-time Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cherry Grove in Warsop—a vibrant supported living service where independence and community go hand in hand.

What are we looking for:

  • Reliable, empathetic, and proactive individuals with prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
  • Someone who thrives in a team, communicates with kindness, and brings energy and patience to every shift.

Shift Pattern:

  • Early shift: 7am-2.30pm
  • Late shift: 2.30pm-10pm
  • Night shift: waking nights and sleep-in shifts (sleep-in shifts are paid at £69)

Full flexibility to work the above four shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals.
  • Encouraging independence and community involvement.
  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person.
  • Working as part of a close-knit, caring team.
