Full-time Support Worker – Complex Needs (Mansfield)
Shift Pattern: Day shifts: 8am–3pm and 3pm–10pm. Fully flexibility to work both shifts on a rota basis is essential.
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Full‑Time Support Workers to join our established team, supporting five adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. We can consider part‑time contracts starting from 24‑hours.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, dignity, and choice. Working closely with colleagues, families, and professionals, you will help each individual achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful activities within their home and community. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same.
We are seeking resilient, positive individuals who can build trusting relationships, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent support tailored to each person’s unique needs. Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge is essential.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role
- Background in mental health, complex needs, or behavioural support

- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for helping others thrive
- A good sense of humour and the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships
