Support Worker – Richmond/Twickenham

37.5 hours per week - Driver Essential - Manual Vehicles

We’re now recruiting Support Workers near Richmond and Twickenham to join our dedicated team, providing 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. The people we support in this service are non‑verbal, so we’re looking for individuals who are patient, observant, and committed to understanding unique communication needs.

Shift Patterns

  • Varied shifts between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday
  • Alternate weekend working
  • Sleep ins required

Not just anyone can do this job — it takes someone with care at their core. You may already have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. But if you’re new to care and share our values, we’ll give you all the training and support you need, including NAPPI training and ongoing development.
