Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a 6‑bed residential home in Lincoln. The site also has a Day Care Centre with four activity rooms, including music and crafts.

In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated Registered Manager and have the support of an experienced Area Manager. We’re looking for a leader who:

  • Understands the complexities of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex physical needs
