Heath Farm is a vibrant residential setting that supports adults withlearning disabilities,complex needs andbehaviours that may challenge. You’ll play a key role in empowering individuals in all aspects of their daily lives—helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and enjoy greater independence.
Whether you have previous experience as aCare Assistant,Support Worker, orHealthcare Assistant, or you're new to care but driven by a desire to help others, we’ll provide you withcomprehensive trainingandongoing supportto help you thrive in a rewarding career.
Shift patterns
7:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm-9:30pm and 7:30am-9:30pm (on a rota basis)
