We’re looking for a confident Turn Around Manager to provide hands‑on, peripatetic leadership across our Supported Living services in Leicester and surrounding areas. You’ll step into services at critical moments — covering vacancies, stabilising teams, and driving quality improvements — ensuring safe, consistent, and person‑centred care.
