Support Workers – Make a Big Impact in Leicester. We currently have vacancies in LE3, LE4 & LE5. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference every day, building positive relationships and supporting the individual to achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and engage in meaningful activities.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates with previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and who can remain calm, proactive, and positive in their approach.

Shift pattern: Days shifts: 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm. All services include either a waking night or sleeping night. You must be flexible to work all shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote independence, dignity, and positive engagement in daily activities.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting with self-care routines and assisting with washing during bathing.
  • Prepare meals and drinks in line with preferences and dietary needs.
