About Sutton Park

Sutton Park is a friendly, welcoming service supporting two individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, CHARGE Syndrome and Polydipsia. One individual uses Makaton to communicate. Both require support with eating and drinking. They enjoy shopping trips, swimming, walking, and eating out at local pubs.

Responsibilities

You will support two individuals in daily activities, provide care and assistance with eating and drinking, help maintain an active and inclusive lifestyle, and assist with communication where needed.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for supporting people to live independently.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24‑hour rota, including alternate weekends.
  • Drivers preferred, but not essential.
  • Previous care experience welcomed – not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided).
