We are looking for Full Time for our supported living Service in Sleaford. Salary: £12.71 per hour. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week). UK manual driving license preferred for this role due to service user needs.

Your Role as a Support Worker:

  • Supporting with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
  • Encouraging hobbies like gardening, table tennis, pool, football, music, and cooking
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing through community outings and activities
  • Accompanying individuals on day trips
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the team
