Support Worker – Richmond/Twickenham

We’re now recruiting Support Workers near Richmond and Twickenham to join our dedicated team, providing 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. The people we support in this service are non‑verbal, so we’re looking for individuals who are patient, observant, and committed to understanding unique communication needs.

Shift Patterns:

  • Varied shifts between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday
  • Alternate weekend working
