Support Workers – Make a Big Impact in Hatfield, Doncaster. Lifeways has launched its biggest‑ever recruitment campaign – You're Not Just Anyone. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. We’re excited to be opening a brand‑new supported living service for four adults aged 25–38 who have learning disabilities and are taking the big step of moving from their family homes into their own place. This is a huge and exciting transition for them, and we’re looking for outgoing, positive people with great personalities to help make it a success.
The individuals you’ll be supporting have a brilliant mix of interests—from quiz nights and baking to concerts and house music—and they’re eager to build confident, independent lives. If you’re someone who can bring energy, encouragement, and genuine connection, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Details
- Full‑time 37.5‑hour contract
- 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm and sleep‑in shifts.
- Full flexibility is needed to work all three shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
