By joining Lifeways, you will lead specialist mental health care packages, supporting a diverse group of individuals with mental health needs.

The main aim of the Service Manager role is to provide effective, outcome based, community recovery for people with complex mental health needs, regularly monitoring, evaluating and developing the service, ensuring feedback and involvement of service users, families, partner agencies and staff are fully incorporated.

In this role, you will:

  • Support, inspire, and develop your team of recovery workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care.
  • Oversee the delivery of high‑quality care and support for individuals.
  • Drive service improvements and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 desirable (or working towards it).
  • Strong experience in operational and people management.
