As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need. Magnet Court is the service which supports people experiencing severe and enduring mental health needs, including psychotic, affective and personality disorders, as well as individuals who may have additional needs such as substance misuse, physical health or mobility issues, mild learning difficulties or a forensic history. The dedicated on-site team provides person-centred, recovery-focused support, helping people develop their independence and live fulfilling lives within the community.
