Help to build a new service - We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one. With easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.
Pay Rate: £13.90p/h
Location: Cobham, Surrey
Contract: Full Time, Part time & Bank
Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends
Day shifts: Varied between: 07.00 - 22:00
Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00
About the Role: You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others
- Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
We’ll provide full training—including NAPPI & BSL—and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
