Support Worker – (Stourbank Service)
Salary: ÂŁ12.60 per hour
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, sleep-in shift 10:00pm–7:00am (rota-based across weekdays and weekends)

About Stourbank
Stourbank is a 5-bedroom supported living service with a homely atmosphere. The people we support are predominantly independent and enjoy cooking for each other, spending time together, and participating in group activities like themed “around the world” meals. It’s a vibrant and inclusive environment where friendships flourish.
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Medication support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Hobbies, activities, and social events
- Building confidence and independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
