Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Registered Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of Heron Court, a purpose-built supported living service with 24 individual flats designed to promote independence for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
