Care Team Leader - Castleford

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our services, supporting service users with all aspects of their lives in Castleford.

Our goal is to deliver a truly person-centred support service. In this role, you will assist the Service Manager to ensure the delivery of excellent services and compliance with external regulatory standards. You will also lead, advise, and motivate a staff team, including staff supervision and team meetings.

Ideally, you will hold an NVQ / SVQ 3 or a QCF Level 3 award, certificate, or diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification, along with relevant experience, preferably in a related field. Since this role involves supervisory responsibilities, previous management or supervisory experience is essential.
