We’re looking for a Care Team Leader to join our established supported living service, working closely with the Service Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team. Chiltern Close is a modern detached bungalow where people are welcomed and supported to live happy, independent lives. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and a conservatory that is used as a dining room.
