Position Details
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts include:
- 7:30am to 8:00pm
- 8:00am to 8:30pm
- 9:00am to 9:00pm
- 9:30am to 10:00pm
- Waking nights: 10:00pm to 8:00am
Flexibility is required, including weekends and night shifts.

About Queen Oaks Court
Queen Oaks Court is home to 16 adults with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, epilepsy, diabetes, and Down's syndrome.
This is a vibrant, active service where people are encouraged to enjoy life, pursue their interests, and be part of the local community.
Residents regularly enjoy:
- Weekly visits to the Helping Angels lunch club
- Sunday services at a local church
- Meals out at local pubs and cafΓ©s
- Garden parties, BBQs, birthday celebrations and games
- Day trips to attractions including Trentham Monkey Forest, Waterworld and The Potteries Museum
- Walks and visits to local beauty spots and parks
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in making these experiences possible and helping people stay connected to the community around them.
