We’re currently looking for a dedicated full-time Support Worker to join our vibrant team in Buxton. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Full flexibility required, including weekends
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
