Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager in Brighton to lead and develop our care services, fostering a positive, supportive and high-performing culture for people we support and our teams.
You will work with an Area Manager and Regional Director to oversee two independent supported living services and a small outreach service for working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and ASD. A driving licence and willingness to travel locally are required.
