Lifeway’s Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for our supported living service in Blackburn. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and help residents live independently in their own homes.
You’ll work with the Service Manager, organize shifts (37.5 hours), supervise staff, and ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date. The role requires Level 3 Health & Social Care and strong leadership.
