As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs to lead fulfilling lives. What You’ll Do
- Deliver person‑centred support in daily living activities
- Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
- Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings
- Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
Shift Patterns
This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Typical shifts include 8am–4pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm, 3pm–10pm, 4pm–10pm, and 8am–8pm. Flexibility is key, as we tailor support to meet the individual needs of the people we care for.
