Make a Real Impact Every Day. This is a Full-time position, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Join Lifeways at The Sidings, Accrington, where your support helps adults live more independently and confidently. As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs to lead fulfilling lives. Every day, your work will make a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver person-centred support in daily living activities
  • Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
  • Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings
  • Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans

Shift Patterns

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is key, as we tailor support to meet the individual needs of the people we care for.
