Shift Details:

Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

07.30am - 22.00pm (Between Monday-Sunday)

Sleeps also required from time to time

(Shift patterns vary depending on activities for the week, but the maximum would be 08.00am-22.00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

At Abingdon, we provide life-changing residential care for adults with complex needs - including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. Expect plenty of variety: from helping with everyday personal care routines to joining in with activities including walking, watching sport, swimming, bingo, gaming, volunteering, gardening, shopping, socialising, going to the cinema, listening to music, watching television and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team - and you’re not just anyone, you’re someone who brings compassion and commitment to every moment.
