The Sidings, Accrington is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join Lifeways, supporting adults with learning disabilities and related needs. You will lead and develop a dedicated support team, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain care plans and promote independence and dignity for residents.
Hours are 37.5 per week with shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A DBS check is required; Lifeways does not offer sponsorship.
