Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the department's daily operations across Family Swim, Lessons, Swim Team and Masters. You will assist the Manager in safeguarding members and guests while driving program quality and departmental finances.
You will lead and develop Aquatics Team Members, respond to member inquiries professionally, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment with strong service standards and compliance with lifeguard and safety certifications.
