What will you be doing?

  • Working with learners at their workplace, often for some of the UK’s most well-known industry names.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to achieve their apprenticeship standards.
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them attain career-building qualifications.
  • Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements using our bespoke learner platform (training provided).

What will you bring to the role?

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or higher.
  • Extensive and relevant vocational management experience in a current Health and Social Care setting.
  • Experience in a senior care role.
  • Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care settings.
  • Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

It would be great if you had

  • Previous experience delivering training in your sector.
  • Experience working with or alongside apprentices.
