What will you be doing?
Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience of fresh food preparation and cooking using various cooking methods
- Experience of managing front of house including hosting, food & beverage and bar operations
- NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader
- Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
