What You'll Do
As a Bar and Waiting Team Apprentice, you will
- Greet, serve, and look after our guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love.
- Know the menus inside out and make recommendations to guests.
- Apprenticeship Details
In this full‑time role you will gain a Level2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship. You will:
- Attend face‑to‑face and Skype/phone catch‑ups every 4‑6weeks.
- Participate in on‑site and off‑site training, workshops, and webinars.
- Have reviews every 12weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Trainer.
- Receive feedback on progress.
- Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if not already holding GCSEs).
- Work 30hours per week and study toward a Level2 Food and Beverage Hospitality Apprenticeship over 15months.
- Training Outcome
You will receive ongoing support and development, culminating in a Level2 Food and Beverage Hospitality Apprenticeship.
