- Leading talent attraction, development, succession planning and performance frameworks
- Acting as a trusted business partner to leaders, coaching on performance, engagement and change
- Leading on employee relations (performance, conduct, organisational change)
- Driving a high-quality, engaging end-to-end employee experience
- Using people data and insights to inform business decisions
- Overseeing core HR operations, compliance and processes (with strong attention to detail)
- Partnering with hiring teams to ensure scalable, high-quality recruitment
- Leading and developing a small People & Talent team
6–10 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced, operational environment:
- Strong generalist HR background (including hands-on employee relations)
- Previous experience leading a small HR team or direct reports
- Exposure to environments with high volume, fast-moving people operations
- Experience leading talent attraction, development and retention, alongside performance and career progression frameworks
- Comfortable using data and metrics to drive insight and decisions
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset
- Career acceleration – step into a Head of role earlier in your career
- Clear progression opportunity – for the right person, there is a realistic pathway to step into a more senior leadership role within 12–18 months
